Zuerst waren die Pilotwale recht scheu und tauchten sobald wir in Sichtweite kamen, doch dann wurden sie immer zutraulicher und kamen nah an unser Boot. Später gesellten sich noch eine ganze Menge Tümmler zu ihnen. Wir konnten interessante / markante Finnen für die Fotoidentifikation machen.

Globicephala macrorhynchus

First the pilot whales have been very shy and dived as soon as we approached, but then they became trustfully and came closer to our vessel. Later on quiet a few bottlenose dolphins associated with them. For the photo-identification we could take good photos of the fins.

Tursiops truncatus

Primeiro as bocas de panela estavam muito tímido e mergulharam logo que chegamos um pouco mais perto, mas depois d’algum tempinho até chegaram-se bem perto da nossa embarcação. Mais tarde juntaram-se um grupo razoável de roazes. Para a foto-identificação conseguimos dorsais interessantes / marcantes.
