For us, here on Madeira, November normally still is t-shirt month. So today most of our guests came for the tour wearing exactly that: a t-shirt! We went out with Stenella to find a happy group of Spotted dolphins. Specially the young dolphins had fun surfing the waves, we also had fun watching them. Closer to the shore, and a while after, we had a sighting of two whales. Although we came close and had a wonderful sighting, we can’t be sure about the species. They were definitely Baleen whales, maybe Sei whales or Bryde’s whales. Can you help us identify the species? You can find the characteristics of each animal on our website by Whales & Dolphins.
