Our beautiful Ribeira Brava had to wait a few weeks on land to get ready for the coming season. A lot of manual work and handcraft has gone into this beautiful wooden boat. Every winter the boat and the crew who work on it go through this process so that the guests of the coming season can enjoy the relaxed being and sea experience on our fishing boat. With a new shine and fresh color, it is now ready for new marine adventures and this was used right away.
So today we drove out to sea at a very leisurely pace, let our gaze wander while the waves dandled us. A small group of Bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus) counterfeit us. They moved very leisurely back and forth in an area, and we aroused their curiosity. Now and then, they would come by and take a look at us. It was a peaceful, a calm, a smooth experience.

We did the trip on 28 April 2021. It was absolutely wonderful. We saw two large groups of dolphins and a whale! The sun was shinning and the sea was calm and crystal blue. The trip was truly amazing and the crew so professional, outgoing and warm-hearted people. Magical and beautiful! It made my holiday.
