Nach ein paar fahrtenlosen Tagen ging es nun heute wieder aufs Wasser. Geplant war die letzte Fahrt für den Monat Januar morgens früh, denn mittags sollte der Wind einsetzten. Aber erstens kommt es anders und zweitens als man denkt, einige Tiere gab es zu sehen, Pilotwale und grosse Tümmler, doch kam der Wind früher als erwartet und so würde es eine recht feuchte Ausfahrt. Zum Schluss waren Gäste und Crew sehr nass, aber bester Laune und unser Späher nutzte den Wind aus um, nach getaner Arbeit, zum surfen auszufahren. Wir schliessen also den Monat Januar mit 100% Sichtungserfolg ab und erwarten gespannt den Monat Februar.

After a few days without trips we went back to the sea. We planned the last trip of the month in the morning so we could avoid the wind that should come in the afternoon. But it all happened backwards, the wind came earlier and by the end of the trip both, guests and crew, where soaking wet but in a very good mood. The mood may had something to do with the nice sighting of pilot whales and bottlenose dolphins we had. Our spotter after his job was done even came down to the marina to go out with his windsurf board. And we closed January with 100% of sucessfull sightings, we hope that February well be the same.

Depois de alguns dias sem saídas voltamos ao mar, tínhamos planeado uma viagem de manhã de maneira a evitar o vento que supostamente entrava a tarde. Mas os nossos planos revelaram se inúteis quando o vento entrou mais cedo que o esperado e ao meio dia os nossos clientes e tripulação voltaram num pingo, mas super bem dispostos! A boa disposição talvez teria alguma coisa que ver com as baleias piloto e os roazes que foram avistados. O nosso vigia depois do trabalho cumprido ainda deu um salto a marina e saiu com a sua prancha de windsurf. E assim fechamos o mêsde Janeiro com uma taxa de avistamentos de 100%, aguardamos expectastes o mês de Fevereiro.
